3. User Responsibilities & Safety

Critical Safety Requirements:

  • Follow assembly instructions exactly. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Use anti-tip devices provided with cabinets. Attach to wall immediately.

  • Check hardware periodically and tighten if needed.

  • Do not allow climbing on cabinets.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

For Chairs:

  • Use on level surface.

  • Do not stand on chairs.

  • Check casters for debris.

4. Product Registration
Children's storage products include product registration cards per CPSIA requirements where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to use anti-tip devices, overloading, accidents).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
